| About the Legislative and Administrative Law Service (LALS) |

The LALS provides, on an on-going basis, information on the activities of the legislative and executive branches of the Federal Government. The Service provides information on the Federal Legislature, including: · Every Bill introduced in the National Assembly; · The text of the Presidential communication accompanying the Bill; · The progress of each Bill; · Committee reports on the Bill; · Public Hearing Reports; and · Other legislative activities in connection with the passage of a Bill. Activities of the Federal Executive covered include: · Administrative Rule Making; · Policy papers; · Administrative guidelines; · Administrative hearings; and · Administrative/Public hearings. |
