LexNigeriana is a new revolution in the practice of law in Nigeria. LexNigeriana puts the entire Nigerian Law library at your service anytime and anywhere you want it. The library provides five services, each of which contains a specific product: the Nigerian Statutes Consolidated and Annotated; the Nigerian Electronic Law Reports; the Nigerian Statutory Instruments Service; the Legislation and Administrative Law Service; and the Nigerian Statutes Locator and Citator.

What you get:

  • All the principal legislation (Ordinances, Decrees and Acts) enacted from the amalgamation of Nigeria in October 1914 to the present time.
  • All statutory instruments (orders, rules, regulations, etc) that are still in force, from 1914 to the present.
  • Annotations to each principal legislation and statutory instrument, including information on commencement, amendments, cross-references and definitions.
  • All cases decided by the superior courts of record and some specialised tribunals from 1881 to date, whether in Nigeria or on appeal from Nigeria.
